I am honestly obsessed with both Tulane and New Orleans. I didn't go anywhere last semester and deciding to come back here was probably the best decision I've ever made. I have had nothing but amazing experience with the academic advisors and the whole educational system, and everything seems relatively well organized for everything that has happened. The city is completely contradictory, obviously the 9th Ward and a few other neighborhoods are still a disaster, but uptown [where Tulane is] is pretty normal looking, and the central business district and french quarter are close to "back to normal". I don't know how Tulane looks to an outsider, but I think everyone here still regards it high competitive-wise, & I don't think the school has any plans to lower their standards academically. But I don't know for sure.
Honestly, Tulane is amazing, and I am having more fun here than I've ever had before. |
